On a completely different note. My camera broke and I've been looking into buying a new one but can't seem to decide which to buy so I have not posted the video of Andy finishing his race but nor have I taken pictures of our new apartment. I love our apartment. In fact I love it so much I woke up in the middle of the night and just walking to the bathroom made me think how much I love this apartment and how much I love my life set-up right now. So what did I do? Freaked out about how I was going to keep it sustainable without a full time job or an income for four months out of the year. Not a good thing to start thinking about at 3:30 am. But I will keep working and looking and things will work out. In the meantime I'm very grateful to be here and for my current life set-up.

Primary program
This weekend I drove Caleb and Annika up to Park City. We got off to a late start because we had a practice for the primary program Friday afternoon. Daddy had a good time with Caleb and Annika then he packed stuff up and got them to Ephraim (with time to spare) so that he could see Caleb in the primary program. I could tell how excited and pleased Caleb was to have Dad watch him. He kept trying to get Andy's attention and was so happy to see Andy watching him. I'm one of the music leaders our primary (we have two since I'm gone a lot on Sundays) and on our practice on Friday it was looking bleak. But the kids did a great job and everyone especially loved Praise to the Man. We have some sunbeams that can really belt it out. I appreciate all the dedication Andy shows as a parent. As I've entered the world of divorcees I've seen a lot of dads and I haven't seen very many dads that aren't the primary care givers that put as much into their kids as Andy does. The driving he did in these couple days was almost 20 hours worth. I think it means a lot to the kids to have him there for events like the primary program.
